Our candidates boast 5 to 14 years of experience in the industry, armed with a comprehensive skill set essential for top-notch performance. They possess expertise in all aspects of blasting and spray-painting, including proficiency in using various blasting and spray-painting equipment, a deep understanding of water-blasting and diverse chemical blasting techniques, as well as knowledge of paint selection tailored to specific surfaces. Moreover, they have a keen eye for color, the ability to assess paint surface quality, and a strong commitment to job safety.
