Painting & Blasting:

• To understand the work scope and supervise the equipment arrangement for grit blasting, Spray Painting and Power tooling
• Sprays surfaces of machines, manufactured products, or working area with protective or decorative material, such as paint, enamel, glaze, gel-coat, or lacquer, using spray gun: Cleans grease and dirt from product, using materials, such as lacquer thinner, turpentine, soap, and water
• To carry out inspection on painting and blasting standard& quality
• Selects and mixes coating liquid to produce desired color, according to specifications, using paddle or mechanical mixer
• Pours coating liquid into spray container and connects gun to air-hose, using wrenches
• Turns sprayer valves and nozzle to regulate width and pressure of spray according to knowledge of painting technique
• Check working environment and ensure all work activities are align with safe working procedures
• To ensure hydro jetting, blasting and painting standard as per approved paint specification
• Follow daily inspection with paint vendor & QC
• Inspection of Blasting / Painting equipment condition prior to use diffrent paint of using diffrent spray
• Take care about the safety of all persons during production & aim the job towards without accident
• To ensure that equipment for safety requirement, calibrated and maintained properly & maintain all equipments.
