Abu has 10 years of experience, and his NZQA evaluation of his mechanical education is at Level 7. He does maintenance and repairs to all rotating equipment as per his job description:

• All kinds of mechanical maintenance and repair work
• Maintain schedule and preventive maintenance of Inkmaker Machine, Compressor and other equipment.
• Support the production department in regular production when essential.
• Maintain floor safety and 5S.
• In addition to-
• SAP software operation.

Post: Site Engineer (Mechanical)

Responsibilities:

1. Installation of HVAC Project.
2. Installation of HVAC hot water generation & pre-Commissioning.
3. Installation of Sanitary hot water generation & pre-Commissioning.
4. Installation of Fire protection System & pre-Commissioning.
5. Installation of Steam and condense System & pre-Commissioning.
6. Installation of Chiller Plant.
7. Inspection of Pipe and duct line.
8. Visuals inspection welding joint.

Post: Sub-Asst Engineer (Mechanical)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to the production and management staff as well as different Departments in this Organization.
2. All kind of mechanical maintenance and repairing work as a team leader followed the direction of Director.
3. To make all working schedule, making Decision and Control Manpower.
4. Report to authority on regular basis.
5. Attend management meeting.
